Three healthy habits that will change your life

Fall is in the air! Don't get me wrong - I love the leggings, cool weather, and pumpkin spice everything. But as the seasons start to change, feeling blah is pretty common.  

If you have trouble sleeping, feel drained all the time, suffer from chronic pain or just feel blah, I feel you! This time last year I was feeling all of that and it took me until this year to do something about. What I learned has been a GAME CHANGER.

After suffering through things like migraines, insomnia, and inflammation, I decided it was time to go through some hormonal and dietary testing. I found out that my hormones were out of whack (thank you 40!) and was shocked to find out that my body was having negative reactions to several foods including healthy things like carrots and salmon.

Armed with those results, I've made a few small changes and I'm feeling better, sleeping better, and have way more energy.

Now, some of the changes require medical testing, which I highly recommend, but a few of the most powerful ones do not. So, this week on the podcast I've curated three free, simple, healthy habits that will have you feeling better in no time.
