Stop sabotaging your own self-esteem.

What do you see when you look in the mirror? If it's anything less than fierceness and fabulousness, your brain is playing tricks on you. 

It's all about the input and the output. If we allow crappy thoughts like, "I look old and tired" in, then our conclusion, or output, that "I AM old and tired" is also crap. 

The solution: better inputs!
