Healthy Habits to Boost Your Inner Glow

Want to shine from the inside out? Of course you do!

When it comes to gettin’ that glow, a lot of it has to do with how we treat our bodies. Namely, what we’re putting into them.

The truth is, when you eat like crap, you feel like crap. You might even start looking like crap too.

Junk food can leave you feeling tired, and your skin bloated and blotchy. If this is a regular thing, it’s going to lead to stress, no doubt about it. And do you really need more of that in your life?

I’m not saying quit your comfort food cold turkey. Everything in moderation: that’s the motto!

No, I just want you to incorporate more of the healthy foods that fuel your inner glow. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that they’re pretty delicious options.

What’s next? Follow these three steps and get that glow ASAP:

  1. Make a list. Which of these foods will you really eat? Don’t buy something, only to have it rot in your refrigerator.
  2. Research recipes. Have fun with it! Find a dish that you can share with your family and friends at your next get together.
  3. Plan it out. Start prepping your meals (or at least your lunches) for the week. When you don’t have to rush, you’ll be more likely to choose the right food.
